The vLINK Spider is a 900 MHz Mesh Network Gateway that allows stable wireless connectivity over large areas. The vLINK Spider creates a self-healing mesh network while vLINK Flies jump on that network allowing multiple end devices to be be monitor and controlled with a single interface. Not just a gateway, the vLINK Spider also has many data ports to monitor an asset while simultaneously functioning as the gateway for the vLINK Flies connected to it. The vLINK Spider connects back to the internet via one of several methods that vary depending on the need to balance ease of installation, reliability and cost. The vLINK Spider supports cellular, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and Satellite communication.

LINK MULTIPLE END DEVICES TO vLINK SPIDER
The vLINK Fly doesn’t connect to the Internet directly, but rather is connected to the vLINK Spider gateway through the 900 Mhz wireless mesh network. A vLINK Spider is needed for internet connectivity, but with the 900 MHz local mesh-network the end devices can be up to 1 mile away from the vLINK Spider and still be on-line.
